Imagine a place where students gather to plan for their futures - not just chart out their high school academics, but really plan for a fulfilling life after graduation. 

The high school years are busy times. It is easy to let time slip by without planning for the next transition in a student's life. The College Planning Center provides guidance to families to keep everyone on track through this important stage. 
 

• Provides education on the often complex and rapidly changing college admission environment
• Offers one-on-one advising for individual student guidance
• Delivers a structure to manage deadlines and keep the college plan on track!
• Presents group workshops, speakers and fairs to introduce students to college and professional communities

The TRACK IT! College Planning Curriculum uses a process that allows students to take ownership of their college plan and engages the family in the process.
